Orders

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase by contacting info@edinburgh-sisters.com

After this period, the order may already be in processing. If cancellation is no longer possible, the item can be returned after delivery in accordance with the return policy.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

Will I receive order confirmation?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.


Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

What is the total estimated delivery time?

The combined processing and delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday). 

Will I receive tracking information?

Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking email will be sent so you can follow your order.

Possible Delays

Although we aim to meet stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as courier delays or severe weather. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Destination

At this moment, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed with care and sent directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.

When is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 23:00 GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 23:00 GMT or on weekends are processed the next working day.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return period?
Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How do I request a return?
To request a return, send an email to info@edinburgh-sisters.com including your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Are there return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are covered by us. Returns are free of charge for the customer.

Do you charge restocking fees?
We do not apply restocking fees or hidden charges. The amount paid for the item is the amount eligible for refund.

How long do refunds take?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), refunds are issued within 10 business days and sent back to the original payment method
