Return Requests

To request a return, please send an email to info@edinburgh-sisters.com
including your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are covered by us. Returns are free of charge for the customer.

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, whether the item didn’t meet expectations or you changed your mind.

No Additional Fees

We do not apply restocking fees or hidden charges. The amount paid for the item is the amount eligible for refund.

Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase by contacting info@edinburgh-sisters.com.
Once this period has passed, the order will already be in processing. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in line with this policy.

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting us. Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability.
